Peruvian cuisine has become quite popular and trendy around the world and Peru itself has become a hot spot in the gastronomical world as evidence by the inclusion of two Lima restaurants in the annual Best 50 Restaurants in the world list.  With that being said, Miami has had for many years a wide variety of Peruvian restaurants all over the city. One of the most popular and nicest is the downtown hotspot Cvi.Che 105 located off Biscayne Boulevard. This pleasant industrially decorated restaurant offers some of the best ceviche I have tried and has a presentation to match.  Pictured above are the Ceviche Rojiblanco (a tribute to Peru’s flag) and the Seafood Orgy Ceviche.
